Located on Alta Street

-Create a group in the phone's group app if you are going to work with friends!

-Talk to Eddie the Garbage Man at the top of the stairs

-Look for red circular zone on map and go pick up garbage there

-Alt Look at dumpsters, metal cans and wheelie bins to collect trash bags

-Open trunk when you want to put garbage in or it won't let you toss the bags in

-Go back to Eddie to get paid when you're done
