# OOC Communication Limitations

## Use of OOC (Out of Character)

We encourage players to stay in character at all times. However, we also recognize that there are times when OOC communication has to happen. 

If a player needs to communicate information OOC, here are guidelines: 

-/ooc can be used but its needs to be used sparingly and should be very concise. 

-More complex communication should be taken to DMs or the server discord.

It would be considered FailRP for a player to be talking IC about OOC things. 

Examples: 

Good OOC - /ooc I am stuck need to relog brb 

Bad OOC – \[over VOIP] "Yeah, I will see you in the other county later on tonight."
